14.05.2007: New MP3s added

Adrift is an atmospheric black metal band with both classical and experimental aspects. The only member is Nadir, who lives in Switzerland. Some lyrics, actual poems in french language, are written by Baalberith (ex Mystic Forest).

Since it’s a one man band it’s difficult to state a foundation date. Let’s just say that the first demo was released in June ’06 but previous never-published tries were done during the last ten years. The full-length "Hyperboreus" followed in June '10.

Adrift also took part in the "Compilation Postchrist I" (2009) and will appear on the under development "Wandering Streams" ambient compilation.

...When one tries to figure what the unimaginable could be, one can only put together bits of known things in a different, illogical way, which creates the illusion of irreality. But, can we go further than that ?...
